kpuckett@pgepark.com for information regarding rental opportunities. PGE Park will review all rental requests and determine viability. The decision will be based on the following criteria: availability of requested dates, applicant’s financial capabilities and proof of insurance.
RENTAL RATES
House public address system, heating/air conditioning and dressing rooms are included in rent. Rental fees do not include housing equipment or event staffing.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior to the event, the Licensee is required to show proof of insurance. A Licensee is required to have a comprehensive general liability insurance policy. Beavers PCL Baseball, LLC, must be named as additional insured on the policy. In addition, the Licensee must have worker’s compensation insurance and automobile liability insurance.
CONTRACT EXECUTION
All dates for rental are considered to be tentative until a contract is fully executed and a deposit check received. The contract will be sent prior to the event. It must be signed and returned with all rental fees and contingency amounts that are due. An executed copy will be returned for the Licensee’s files. Estimated charges such as staffing, equipment and technical services may be collected prior to the event.
TICKETING
All event ticket arrangements must be coordinated through the PGE Park box office. Licensee must use our exclusive ticketing agency, Ticketmaster, for all events.
